Tom Richards may be the one person everyone in Rochester -- liberal, conservative, independent -- can agree on (except perhaps Mary Anna), which is to say NO ONE who knows him or has studied his record would want him as Mayor. Except perhaps some of the swells at the Genesee Valley Club or Nixon Peabody. But none of them live in the City, or have been fired from their jobs at RG&E.
