Linda Martinez Threatens To Arrest Harry Davis

Today, at 11AM, Bonnie, our attorney Doug Fisher & I meet with BOE Comishs Ferrarese & Quinn at Board of Elections. Our petitions received many challenges yesterday. Looks like Supreme Court this week.

Again, BOE lied to us on our petitions collector. If she was out 5 more days, this would not be a problem. Should an election comish also be treasurer of a candidate that his actions can destroy the chances of a competitor?

On Friday, we were at the BOE and I asked Linda Martinez about the wrong info she gave us on Tiffany Cooper. She said she did not remember, then 45 seconds later, she handed a piece of paper to me that said "Tammy Moody" was the name she said was NOT a voter! This stopped us from collecting signatures for at least 5 days.

Looks like Supreme Court this week. Our petitions received many challenges yesterday.When individuals have taken in the way in which the matter is being discussed, they'll definitely know the fact that grayline new york can be significantly useful when taken in many nations. Furthermore, there could be a multitude of unique versions of such a claim.

Someone is working for the BoE and simultaneously on a candidate's campaign staff? Are you serious? CoI at the BoE?

Tom Ferrarese

Can you believe it? Yes, Tom Ferrarese is Harry Bronson's Campaign Treasurer. His Secretary, Linda Martinez gave us information, wrong info, that caused us to loose at least 5 days of petition collecting. If we had thee days, we would have had a huge secure buffer in names. As it is, we turned in about 775 signatures; needed 500. Tom said he is recusing himself from deciding our petitions which are now facing objections. Linda lied to us. She said she did not know the name of the person I asked her to look up, then, less than 2 minutes later, she gave me a piece of paper that said "Tammy Moody" as the name she looked up. The only way to get to the bottom is a computer forensic person to test the strokes Linda made on that day. Do you know anybody to do this?

We met with both comishs and Monroe County Attorney yesterday about this. Not much to report.

Yes, COI for sure. Keeps the competition down, reducing Democracy. Your tax dollars at work. :(
