POLITICS: Ruling on Van White's candidacy will come next week = Ferrarese says that the board may rule on the legitimacy of Harry Davis's petitions sometime today.

"Ferrarese says that the board may rule on the legitimacy of Harry Davis's petitions sometime today.'

*Tom Ferrarese, Harry Bronson's Campaign Treasurer, told us this week he will "recuse" himself from judging our petitions.

Getting Ready to go to Supreme Court!

another long day spent at the Board of Elections going through signatures on petitions. The BOE has not yet ruled on the validity of allen richard's complaints to our petitions to be on the ballot for the September 14 Democratic Primary. Sure do wish we got what we paid for=a Board that could give accurrate information... when you call & ask for it! If they told me our worker was legit, we would not be here now!

We will file suit in court of the Dems & Board of Election refuse to allow us to be in this election!

Getting Ready to go to Supreme Court!

"Tammy Moody"

Today, at 11AM, Bonnie, our attorney Doug Fisher & I meet with BOE Comishs Ferrarese & Quinn at Board of Elections. Our petitions received many challenges yesterday. Looks like Supreme Court this week.

Again, BOE lied to us on our petitions collector. If she was out 5 more days, this would not be a problem. Should an election comish also be treasurer of a candidate that his actions can destroy the chances of a competitor?

Rochester, NY (July 20, 2010) --
With the legal deadline passed for candidates to submit nominating petitions, we now know who is REALLY seeking office in 2010. What we do not yet know is how many of these would-be candidates will actually make it on to a September or November ballot. Inside, an interim look at who's running -- and who's not.

PETITIONS CHALLENGED!

Our petitions submitted to the Monroe County Board of Elections on Thursday, July 15 for the New York Assembly seat primary to be held on September 14, 2010, have been challenged!

Allen Richards of the Monroe County Democratic Committee filed a challenge to our petitions and it is believed he also filed a challenge to all other challengers, i.e. Evans & Powell.

They have until July 26 to file specific objections, i.e. what exactly is wrong with our signatures/petitions.

Petitions Submitted to the Monroe County Board of Elections After Lies & Misinformation from the BOE

While we submitted more than enough signatures on petitions to the Board of Elections on Thursday to be placed on the ballot in September, we could have had many more signatures if the BOE had given us correct voter information when we asked for it. They told us one of our petition workers was not a registered vote (she was) and when we asked the BOE for help in determining what party affiliation the same worker was/is, we were told "It is NOT public information what party affiliation a voter is."

Analysis: Should the Media Handicap Political Campaigns?

"And sometimes, dear commenter, that means looking a second time at a candidate like Harry Davis and saying "why not?" Let's let the voters decide. As little as I respect their judgment, I will take it over the mainstream media and local elites any day."
